We had a wonderful experience as we always do. We have been doing business with you for years and have always been 100% satisfied. I am sorry I cannot recall the name of the lady who did our taxes. But I just dropped in waited no more than 5 minutes and she took me back to her office, she did our taxes on the spot and the whole process took only about 20 minutes. We were happy with our refund and she explained everything to us. They even offered me my choice of a drink! Stadler has always stepped up to help us when we had problems with the IRS. We had some problems last year with the state because of a mix up from the year before and that problem was resolved to our satisfaction thanks to your company.
