Use the Checklist to double-check that you have all the information you need for your taxes. The Personal Tax Intake Forms are the sheets needed for your Personal Tax Return, including if you have a Schedule C. Use the Business/Entity Intake Forms if you have an S-Corp, Partnership, Trust, Estate, or LLC Entity.
If you'd like to fill out Income and Expense Worksheets (or were asked by your tax advisor to do so), click here to go to our Income and Expense Worksheet Page. There, you'll find worksheets for Rentals, Self-Employment, and Farms.
***We still will need your official tax forms to verify the information on your forms. So, please make sure to bring them in for your appointment.***
